Check-in time is 2pm for sites and 3pm for cottages. Check-out time is 11am. There is a fee for late checkouts The message board is in the upper lodge lobby. Only EMERGENCY messages are delivered. Incoming mail can be picked up at the information desk after 3pm daily. Outgoing mail can be left in the wooden box inside the front door of the lodge and is picked up by 10am daily. The housekeeping department handles lost and found articles, and is located in the new comfort station #6. This is also where you can exchange your linens. Laundry facilities are located at the pool area and in the lower level of the lodge, as well as in the comfort stations. There is an ATM machine located in the lodge for your cash needs. The fire ring is available for use by appointment with the activity shed; 24 hour advance arrangements must be made. Activity cards are required to check out recreation equipment and can be obtained at the activities checkout shed and the front desk. Schedules of daily activities can be picked up at the information desk or in the lower lodge and are posted throughout the resort and listed on channel 23.
